I know sometimes you want to just scream at your friends "You are a complete loser, idiot, and you never shut up!" This would be uncivilised in some places (not in a meanies world) but you have to talk to your friend in a civilised way.
Always ask permission from your friend if he wants to talk he may just need some space.

His emo scar? He didn't like cut a wrist or anything did he? There could be some things going on in his life that he doesn't want to tell anyone and he ends up taking it out on others. Just try to talk to him.

Also, are you sure he is always "yelling"? I have bad allergies and my friends always tell me I am talking very loudly or even sometimes "yelling", but the thing is I can't tell I'm talking loud. I hear myself talking normally since my ears are affected by my allergies. He could have something like this.

He pulled your sister's pigtails? HOW DARE HE!!! The guy is obviously bipolar/ manic depressive/ or a borderline personality. Look it up on the internet and realize this guy is a ticking time bomb. He will get into trouble and drag you down with him. Watch your wallet! Stay away from him and just avoid him. When he asks you why just tell him to get the hint. If he doesn't know he is rude and wrong he is obviously nuts. BE CAREFUL. No explanations necessary for him he will never think it's his fault anyway. I have seen people end up broke or in jail for a crime they did not commit bec they covered up or got involved with bipolar people. RUN for the hills.

Sounds like he wants to be a bully and has picked you as his main target. Let him know that you want to be his friend but he needs to be a friend back. Also if he keeps showing you his scars it sounds like that's his way of making you feel sorry for him so you will stay his friend, because he knows how he treats you is wrong. Just talk to him. Maybe if you do he will relise what he has been doing and think more about it before he does things like that to you.

Well, I would use the emo scar against him to show how much you dislike him. If he's that annoying, why be his friend?

It's simple. Tell him emo is a genre of music. You can't have an "emo" scar. it's a genre of music. You can't have a Rock scar, you can't have a Pop scar, you can't have a hip hop scar, you can't have an emo scar.

Zing him back.

He doesn't seem like the most pleasant person, but that doesn't mean he can't change. You could talk to him about it and tell him that you don't like hanging out with him because of his behavior and the way he treats others. Instead of ending your friendship, you could try to be the positive influence and change his behavior. It may not be easy, but give it a try, and in the end it might be worth it....

I would go to the teacher if he is starting to get violent. It shouldn't be your place to confront him if he is being disruptive in class that is the teacher's job. Just tell the teacher that you are concerned that working with him is preventing you from doing your best in class. Ask him to keep it in confidence and that you don't want your classmate finding out it was you who spoke up. It isn't tattling it's being concerned about your success in school.

Tell your friend that you're concerned and that he needs help with anger management before it's too late... He needs to get a grip!

have you ever talked to your friend about it? maybe he just needs to talk. but if he's really just acting like that it might be best to let the friendship go. be sensitive, don't just tell him you don't want to be his friend. just start to hang out with him less and less until not at all.
