I make cards, i find the store ones overpriced, and unless they have something really funny on them that you wouldnt be able to copy at home, then i wouldnt ever buy one. However one idea is to go to the store and look at some of the cards then just copy down a phrase onto a card that you give to someone else. You've just saved 2.95$!

I do both make and buy cards, it just depends on my mood and whether or not I have envisioned something in particular for a specific individual..

I'm not very artistic so I usually buy them but I have made simple ones for the kids before!!

I buy mine. I am way too lazy and I have no real art talent to make my own.
