I am 18. My BF is 16. The Age of Consent in NY is 17.
My question is "can I legally shower with him (no penetration of any kind) before he is 17?
What about sleeping together with no sex?
If you could provide any laws or summaries I would appreciate it. I just don't want to break any laws. Thanks.

It shall be an affirmative defense to the crime of rape in the second degree as defined in subdivision one of this section that the defendant was less than four years older than the victim at the time of the act.

"Showering" is still a sexual act. Yes, it's illegal to do so to a minor...or anyone without prior consent.
The legal age of consent in NY is 18 without parental consent.
Legal age of marriage with consent of a parent is between 15 and 18.
If you're over 18 and he is not, it's still sexual molestation.

No matter what, if he is under the age of consent then, yes you could get in trouble....that means NO sex of any kind; oral or anal....
But you shouldnt get into trouble for showering, or a hand job...
But you could do stuff if you really wanted to, just dont announce it to anyone whom you dont trust, and no you cant take pics (if thats what floats your boat)
but when he turns seventeen, then go have fun!!!! you cant get in trouble then...

Yes, you can IF his parents consent to it. His parents have the ultimate say in the matter. They CAN have you arrested for "contributing to the delinquency of a minor", among other things.
