I have very vivid dreams all the time. Its rather upsetting most of the time too. I can't remember exactly what these couple of dreams were about, but I know my boyfriend was hurt in them, I woke up(in real life) crying and I had the phone in my hand and was dialing 911....thank god I woke up before I pressed "talk". That happened every morning for about a week. Finally, the b/f took the phone out of the room just in case I started making fake 911 calls in my sleep....Its funny now, but it was really scary then.

When I was in 5th grade about four years ago, I remember during a DC trip, I had a dream that someone was pushing a razor into my skin, then I woke up. When I did, my brain had a message like this, "Oh no, call for help! But I woke up! Better be safe anyway!"

I ended up trying to yell, but it sounded more like a cat meowing.

No, but I've had a dream where I thought I was dreaming and woke up only to later really wake up.

I know what ur saying. It has happened to me. It's like what u dreamed really happened after. Then u remember, all of a sudden, and then u say to urself, that happened in my dream from the other day. Its funny and a little scary too.

I have had dreams that feel real, but when I wake up and think about it I realize that it was just a dream.

yes i can relate
its happened a couple times for me.at times even though i dont remember the details of the dream, i can remember it was very realistic, yet very unpleasant at the same time. needless to say, im relieved when i wake up to find out it's just a dream.
so yes it has happened to me, and it is odd, bc the dream is so intense, and then when you wake up, your memory seems to just disapeer so quickly on it.
it's quite strange.
Someone once told me of keeping a journal by your bed, and when you wake up to write down everything you remember about what you dreamt that night. i tried it one night and it was pretty interesting and i did remember what i dreamt that night.
so, if you want to try and keep track of what youre dreaming, keeping a journal by your bed to write down what you remember of it does seem to work.

Yea all the time and it gives you a little minute of confusion trying to separate out the dream and what actually happened
