What do you about people who talk dirt about EVERYONE behind their backs!
Im sort of stuck in a bad situation with friends who talked crap about everyone, and they are completely denying it!!!!!!
What do you do in a situation?
I cant beleive that people still do this...even after high school!

With friends like this, who needs enemies.
Dump them, they are a drain on you. Keep your spirits up and look for the good, since they dwell on the bad, your paths should soon start to veer off in other directions.

Well Nicole, at the age of 47, I have found that I need to be at ease with it as best I can because people are going to talk about other people whether I am aware of it or not.
Another thing I have learned to do is to be aware of how each person talks about another. For me, if a person is caustic when talking about another or they dig really deep and get slanderous, then I have to keep that person at a distance. In other words, they can't be close to me.
On the other hand, if a person talks about another with social grace and doesn't seem to be personalizing things or attacking the other person, then I can let them stay in my social circle.
The best thing I have learned is not to let folks get carried away with the dishing on someone and not get involved with gossip or rumor. I have seen many people have their careers and reputations affected by the rumor mill and some never recover.
The best thing to say is nothing at all. Try not to participate in the back stabbing either by doing it or commenting on it. I know that I just said I won't let people get carried away with it in my presence, but I have come a long way with it. I used to get into brawls over it, but now I know a much better way. So I advise you to be very careful because a backstabber is always a backstabber and your mature handling of any situation will cost you socially.
It takes time to develop these skills but it can be done.

People who talk dirt and crap about everyone behind their backs are also talking about you as soon as your back is turned. Do not waste your time with that kind of people. They are not worthed your friendship. Of course they will deny it because they are not honest and sincere. Yes there are still people in every part of society, in groups, like the golden age, church goers, artists, students, etc... who are doing it! Just ignore them and do not associate with them.

I am experiencing that right now. I learn people backstabbed each other regardless of age. Why, probably they are losers and have no life, so they put down everyone to make themselves feel better. What I do is be nice to them like always, but always know that they are backstabbers and once you always have the mindset and you will know what to do.

I would not even waste my time on them if they are still at that stage within their lives. A new circle of interesting people and friends are in order at this time. Go forward within your life and let them dwell on there BS as you move forward in a positive manner. After they marry it will still be the same. Break the chain and get the hell out of Dodge City before sunset...........News flash! Women reaches puberty at the age of fifty!

Dump them! Why would you want to be around them? You can't trust them and that is part of friendship. You know if they are talking about others they are also talking about you. These people either have no life or they just didn't grow up. Good luck!

Hi, I'm here to help.
If you have a backstabbing friend, backstab them back.
1) Obtain a knife from your kitchen (prefrebly serated and pointy)
2) Find your backstabbing friend.
3) Shove the knife into their back ( Aim for the centre of their spine)
4) Make sure you don't get caught by the police

why have friends when you have enemies....atleast you know where they stand ya know? Keep your enemies close but your friends closer ha ha its sad... some advice, dont let it get to you she must like the attention let her have it just keep being a true friend she'll dig her own grave k? Work on how you can be a better friend instead being bothered by her imaturity

I know, it's kind of hard to not get away too.
But I think what you should do is to try to find some other ppl who think the same thing and probably hang out with them.

Girl one day people love to say stuff about other people and then they try do be your friend the next day and you should just tell them what is on your mind and just let it all out
