I searched up pictures on the internet.. First, spade. Upside down heart with a root attached in between. Then, Ace. Same thing...

What the buck? Please tell me what an Ace and a Spade is and provide pictures

(Sorry, I know. This is like basic knowledge but im a tard.)

Oh.. I get it. So Spades is one of the 4 groups and Ace is just the A on each 4 cards in 4 groups?

I see.. So theres an Ace of Spades, Ace of Hearts, Ace of Clubs, and Ace of Diamonds, right? And Spades is just A,1,2,3...King

i cant provide ya pictures, but your description of the spade is correct. that is one of the 4 "suits" (hearts, diamonds, spades, and clubs)

the ace is the highest card in the deck, it is the card with the "A" on it. in poker, it is the best possible card to have in your hand! there are 4 aces in each deck of card, one for each suit!

EDIT: yeah, you got it. each suit (hearts, clubs, diamonds, spades) consists of 13 cards: A, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K

that means that there will be 4 of each card.....one in each suit (2 of hearts, 2 of spades, 2 of diamonds, 2 of clubs.....and so on)

the ace is just one of the 13 cards contained in each suit, so yes there are 4 aces!!

yes, the spade is an upside-down heart with a root and it's a suit of cards that can be 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,Jack,Queen,King or Ace of Spades (the other suits are hearts, diamonds and clubs/clovers)

an Ace is a card with an A and only one heart,club,spade or diamond on it that can be counted as either a 1 or an 11. For instance,in Blackjack, if you get a 10 (or a Royal face card) and an Ace, you have 21, but if you have 17 and get an Ace,then you count it as 18 so you don't go over. In Rummy, you can make a spread of either Ace,King,Queen... or Ace, 2,3...

The Ace of Spades is the most popular card,though. It's thought to be good luck,or something, so that's probably what caused your confusion with the pics.

Ace means "one" and spade is like the bottom part of a shovel. In most card games, the ace of spades is the best card of the bunch. As in the card game Spades, the ace of spades can beat anything.

they are suits of the cards, its kinda like a major category and then teh sub category is the numbers of teh cards, so you would refer to a card as a 7 of spades, or 5 of hearts etc
