A chimpanzee. One of their 'get to know you ' rituals is to bear their genitalia to the opposite sex to let them know "I'm here". Usually it is followed by copulation then they go on their merry way, no harm no foul. It is not part of the mating process which does involve a form of courtship, but merely a 'Hi, howya doin' wanna scrog?"
