ok so i dont really know how to get a paypal account but i just signed up for a savings account with CIBC (on the top of the card it says Convenience Card, then under 16 digits) so i am wondering how i can get a paypal account now?
if you could plz tell me what to do on the website also (steps plz).. i have created an account

This is WAY MORE than most banks pay, and if you need your funds in your bank checking account, you can get them transferred in 2-3 business days for NO FEES. Just go to "Pay Pal.com" and register. You will have to transfer some money into the PayPal account, it takes about four days for the transfer. You can use PayPal for buying and selling .Most buyers and sellers prefer to deal with PayPal users. It's widely used on EBay. You can also enroll in a money market account with your PayPal funds. So, while your money is sitting there it can earn a little interest too. If you are registered with EBay you can register with PayPal through EBay

Yes, you can get a paypal account, however, I would not reccomend it unless you absolutely need it.

just go to www.paypal.com and click on create an account...follow each step until you have the "finish" button to push when you are done...you will find it easy once you get through each step...
