I am wanting to buy one for my computer, but i dont have Windows Media Center. I want to know if i can still use it with my computer even if i dont have that software. I also want to know how the TV TUNER works and the Slingbox as well. I also want to know the comparison.

it will work just fine . it should have the tv program in the package .

Hi. You will have a problem when the US goes to only digital in a year or two. I would hold out for a digital TV card.
