Whether or not you are serious really isn't important... This is easily the best question I've read all month!
If you are serious, don't try to dress it up. As cute as it may look, the costume and dressing process will mess with the fish's slime coat, making it very susceptible to disease, parasites, and fungus. Nice thought, but it isn't like dressing up terrestrial pets (I would love to see a weasel in a devil costume!).

EDIT: Tattooing fish is a disgusting practice that should be outlawed as animal cruelty. They remove the fish's slime coat, inject dye into the fish's skin with unsanitary needles (the dye slowly fades over time), and then throw it in a vat of stressed fish with no immune systems in liquid that supposedly grows an artificial slime coat. As "cool" as it may look, don't support this cruel practice. Any "reputable" fish dealer should realize that it is extremely cruel and stupid to tattoo/dye fish.

How about dressing the fish up with a little bread crumbs. And put it in a party room with 350 degree room temp for about 45 minutes, after that stick a toothpick it him and vwalla party time he can go as an hors-de-vous

if ur gold fish is small it wont be possible may be put some shark fin thingy but dont kill ur fish XD

call a reputable Tetra breeder and ask if they will "tattoo" your fish for you. they use a high quality pigment in some fish they breed, to liven the colors. sounds wierd, but its true.
