If you are referring to Miguel Raton aka Mickey Mouse (Stage Name) it was 1928.

1928. The animated film "Steamboat Willie". Minnie has the same birthday. Walt Disney did all the voices in that cartoon.

Not sure of the year; however, Mickey first appeared in the cartoon "Steamboat Willie" ... I'd guess around 1930????

I think it was 1938 and he started life as Mortimer.
I could be wrong. I was once, I think.
