I keep seeing this bumper sticker everywhere... and i saw it on a sign somewhere too... its yellow, and it says "motorcycles are everywhere" and something else on the top and bottom but i couldnt read it. What does the rest say? Wered it come from? Why does everyone suddenly have one? Why would a boat dealership have a sign of it?

They must have changed a little over time.
The small print was "Check twice, Save a life".

They alway pop up in the summer when more motorcycles are on the road. They are free at almost any motorcycle dealer. You don't have to buy them.

Why would a boat dealership want to save my butt?
Maybe they want me to buy a boat. Or they are just such nice, caring people.

There was one town (Salem?) that had them all over. Courtesy of the Chief of Police.

The state of MA had a campaign this year that passed and money was allotted for motorcycle safety. They chose to spend it on the signs and bumper stickers. If you want one you may want to contact you local/state police office. They should be able to tell you where to get one.

The absolutely free reverse vin check sites generally provide fake information. To get real information, money will have to be paid. The free searches provide fake information so they can get your email address to send spam.

Stay away from shady reverse vin check sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund. Stick with a reputable reverse vin check site like http://www.reversevincheck.net that has been around since 1995.

Firecracker's got you covered. I see them on everything from pick-up trucks to VW's down here in Florida. Lot's of people that use a cage every now and then, but also ride will have one. It's just another way to let people know that normal people ride bikes also. (And it's a good thing to do anyway. With all the injury lawyers out there, and bike riding picking up because of gas prices, it could get very expensive to hit a biker!) If you ride, ride safe, Ciao!

Check your blind spots
MOTORCYCLES ARE EVERYWHERE
Look twice

I have seen these bumper stickers for years. I remember them from the last century when I was just a kid(read again and think Abe Simpson).

Now that I think about it, back in 02....
Ride Safe

most of them say in small letters "be alert" and/or "use extra care" they are just a friendly reminder to look for bikes at all times. Probably the boat dealer rides too.
