I'm a vegetarian and I have been for years. My mother ordered a vegetarian pizza, i ate some and I found out there was meat in it after like 2 bites! Good thing my brother told me before I devoured it!
My mom called the pizza place back and they said she thought she said "Italian" and that it was an accent problem. But my mom specifically said "vegetarian pizza, with VEGGIES" because her accent can be hard to understand. What can we do? Can I sue them?! I feel so sick right now! They are sending us another pizza but I'm still mad about it!

Just calm down...drink lots of water and try to forget about it. I've bitten into egg rolls and such which I thought were vegetarian. As long as you weren't forced to eat it, you'll be fine.
Suing people costs money, so if they are offering you another pizza in exchange of the erroneous one, the judge would probably say that they rectified the situation.

Sure, you can sue them for anything you want, however, I would have to say that, personally, that would just about the dumbest lawsuit I have ever heard of. You can sue anyone for anything ... no matter how ridiculous it is.
To have any chance of winning your case you would have to prove malice aforethought on the part of the Pizza company, which, from what you've said, is not the case. Furthermore, the fact that you are a vegetarian would have little bearing on the outcome of the case, unless you are a vegetarian for serious medical reasons. Being a voluntary vegetarian for personal reasons does not constitute a 'serious medical condition' btw.
I'd say your chances of winning such a case would be on par with winning the lottery (about 1 in 65 million). If you want to waste thousands of your own dollars, and add yet another frivolous lawsuit to our already inundated court system ... be my guest.
Why is it there are so many Americans that feel a visceral need to blame someone for everything ... sometimes things just happen ... its called life. Get over it and move on.

Can't beleive you asked this. But here's how you can sue, tell an attorney that you are only allowed to eat pizza per doctors orders, and now that this has occurred you are so traumatized that you cannot eat another pizza ever again for fear the pizza guy will hear "italian" when your mom says "vegetarian", and so you are now starving yourself to death as a result of this incident. When you go to court make sure you look frail and rail thin.

Grow up and get over it.
If you feel that sick about it - go to the bathroom- bend over the toilet and put your finger down your throat and expel the two bites of pizza you ate.
If you did not taste the meat then you may not have eaten any.
More importantly....how did you not see the offensive meat on the vile pizza?
Let me guess... you were so hungry you were eating with your eyes closed!
Again....grow up ....get over it. Some times crap happens.

Improve the order-placing process in the future. Like have them read back the order. In this case, they would have read back "Italian", if that's really what they thought they had heard. Or fax it, if they take fax orders. (Some places here in L.A. do.) Generally, in simple transactions like this, your remedy is a replacement item and, if there is price differential in your favor, then a refund of that differential. Unless you suffer actual injury, which doesn't sound like your situation.

Are you dying? Were you hospitalized? What's your problem? Your mother has an accent, be thankful all that was on it was meat. It was a mistake....you don't sue people for making an honest mistake......you should feel sick your making an *** out of yourself.

I am pretty sure that you have better things to occupy your time other than suing a pizza joint for a mistake. It's obvious that you are not dead since you had the strength to ask this dumb question. So no harm...no foul.

Sure, you can sue anyone you want. Of course the cost of a lawyer and your time will be much more than any potential damages you would recover.
