Because no elected Federal legislator of any nation, history professor or political science professor sent in a letter of nomination to the Nobel Committee of the Norwegian Parliament (the Storting). That's how the process begins.

He would have if he were a communist, put a repressive fascist dictatorship in control of Iran, or had set up a plan to murder Israeli athletes at the Olympics. Would have helped if he had taken bribes from Saddam in exchange for doing Saddam's bidding.

because he is not in the same catagory as Yassar Arafat, Al Gore and Jimmy Carter, (the worst president and ex president ever).
He is in the catagory of another great President. President Reagan who never received the Nobel peace prize.
Everyone wants to blame President Bush for the Iraq war but remember Congress, the United Nations, Hillary and Bill Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Joe Biden and many others voted for us to go in to Iraq.
It is their war not President Bushs war.....

Was he nominated?Liberating Iraq is politically incorrect.Ignoring the true genocide in Rwanda (Clinton-Gore-Clark)...the cover-up must be in the "disshoveled" Sandy"Burglar's" socks.Global warming...blame the other 4.5 billion savages who don't give a rat's ***(they eat them PETA) who the hell Al Gore or "W" is.Get it?
