Yes--to the "crawl into a hole and die" part...
Not so sure about the "but then they got better" business.
Objectively things *are* getting better at my end, but I've had a LOT of hassle to deal with this week (people wanting to *dictate* my doctors to me and shove an HMO I can't afford down my throat, among other things). And it is really going to get worse before it gets better.
So yeah....wanting to crawl into a hole here....mainly because I have a *LOT* of crap to deal with *still* in total spite of my best efforts...and still not a whole lot of *good* to show for it.
And yeah, dealing with that crap *all alone* doesn't help, does it?
Just saying....thanks for your time. -_- Have a star.

Yes, I even went so far as to crawl in the hole then I changed my mind . Things got better and I am humming along just fine now.

LoL yeah, lotsa times. Especially in highschool. But Looking back, I guess I'm really glad I didn't, who knows what I would've missed. Besides, I can't help but feel that those things DID happen for a reason.

Yes, I have been there more times than I can count. I actually tried suicide. Things did get better, but I still don't feel completely in control. Maybe, that's the way it's suppose to be. Anyway...I keep truckin' on.

Yes, this happens to me on occasion. I just go home and watch tv and when I wake up in the morning I literally say over and over again in my head, today will be a better day.

Of course we all do, but in the end we must remember that because we feel so bad in does occasions, we can recognise when something great come along. So endure the hardship and wait for the best.

Nah, if I were going to die I think I'd like to die in my comfortable bed, not a dirty hole. Everyone has highs and lows in their life. If you're in a slump, hang-on, things do get better.

Yep! I have to remind myself of that everytime I start feeling crawl-in-******-and-die-ish.
