I like them both, but I'd pick Letterman.

I watch Jay Leno when im sober; i watch Letterman when im smoking weed.
I think that sums up how funny i think they are.

I would rather watch Letterman. His staff participates in the show a lot. I also like segments he does with the guy in the deli Rupert I think is his name.

Letterman is way better. Plus he is not as aragant as Leno! Plus I hate Leno's stupid skunk hair. Either dye it all grey or all black!

They're both good and I alternate back and forth as to who I watch. If I had to pick just one show to watch it would be Leno but the tie breaker would be that I like Kevin, Smitty, and the girl singer better than that keyboard player that Dave has. He's okay but he seems a little uptight or something, Keven and his gang are relaxed and laid back.
