sections & catagories can be confusing...& adults like to help & encourage kids to like the library & reading.
also some shelves of books are too high for kids.

What are you talking about? Are you saying that other library patrons are kind and polite and will attempt to help you rather than leaving it all to the overworked, underpaid staff?

cuz adults need to feel like they are being helpful. I just let them help it makes them happy and I am not a child but I still let the old ladies or men help I think they enjoy the interaction.
