Oh yes....way more often than I'd like to admit.
I'm going through one now actually. After several *months* of struggling with the local social services system, and the local mental health system, I'm *just now*, finally, getting myself back on some sort of medication for my depression issues, ok?
And yet....now here in Illinois, in the U.S., where I live...
People are wanting to shove *HMOs* down our throats. Yes, even for poor people who don't *have* jobs and money to spare. I'm just *NOW* getting my budget to work right and getting my life *maybe* halfway together....and now people insist on *dictating* my healthcare to me and *dictating* who I can see and who I can't. Now they want me to pay more money (which comes from *where* exactly?) for less healthcare. It's a damn racket and it's making me *more* crazy, not less....
But honestly, on the Wringer Scale of 1 to 10, with ten being worst....this rates only about a 6 or 7 so far. Bad, but I've had worse.
Hell, when I was a little boy, some three, four years old, I had apparently had repeated "accidents" involving my hands and forearms *Literally* being ran through the business end of an *Actual* Wringer Washer....my carpal tunnels are *still* flat and freaky from that business. Or at least that's what my aunts and uncles *told me* about those days....
So yeah, I've had worse. My whole *LIFE* has been an exercise in "having worse" really.
