My fake fur throw said it needed dry cleaning, but I put it in the machine on a hand wash setting and it was fine.
I would suggest using a low temperature, and letting them dry naturally (not in the machine), and they should come out as good as new.

The basic fake fur can be washed in warm water & dryed between low to medium temperature. However, if you have the Borgana fur (very plush & usually found on quality coat collars), it needs to be dry cleaned. If you plan to clean cushions WITH the stuffing, you may have another problem. If dense, it may lump while drying. Fur can be 'combed' with a pet brush. If wet wash without stuffing, dry on cool heat to avoid shrinkage.
If unsure, take one cushion to fabric store & compare to materials & washing instructions or check with dry cleaner (who will probably say dry clean only even if it can be washed).

I think i would hand wash these, using a liquid detergent, finishing up with a fabric softener rinse. Allow them to dry naturally, and then a good shake should help to restore the fur without having to brush it!

Wash them on a cool wash. Then brush as if your brushing hair to UN-clump the tangles, GENTLY with a good hair brush not the ones with bobbles at the end of there prongs, they will tear the fur out. It takes time? You will get there?

Perhaps you can call the makers of the faux (pronounced 'foe' just fyi :) cushions and ask them for instructions.
