I'd rather watch the Japanese League World Series than the 2007 NLCS. Two absolutely uninteresting teams, it's fitting that they get put on a cable station and the ratings of Game 1 sunk to NBA Playoff lows. I think this is the year that the Stanley Cup Playoffs will have higher ratings than the NLCS!

What the hell does MLB go with a playoff gadget for in any respect ? actual to no longer be certain despite if the group crowned worldwide Champion is worth of the call. earlier the idiotic creation of the playoff gadget all pennant winners won their crowns truthfully. They performed all the contenders and pretenders of their respective leagues diverse situations and after six months and 154-162 video games a bona -fide champion emerged. The message grow to be sparkling :authentic excellence is quite worth striving for and could be rewarded. A championship could desire to on no account come right down to the roll of the cube on a short sequence provided that could devalue the attempt of people who strove all season long for excellence thereby placing a bad precedent. In a distinctive worldwide and a distinctive time a collection inclusive of final years WS winners The St Loius Cardninals does no longer additionally be enjoying interior the WS because of the fact they weren't worth of it having won 14 video games under the authentic NL champions The long island Mets. only because of the fact the liberal pencil necked promoting and marketing geeks think of that the suited thank you to create synthetic activity in MLB is to establish an egalatarian funds making playoff sytem does not make it precise .It grow to be a bad concept for baseball while they created it and that's nonetheless a bad concept.

Eh, the Mets didn't have the pitching to go anywhere.... I'd have like to have seen the Cubs, but clearly they didn't deserve it.
Being a Marlins fan, I feel compelled to root against the Rockies, even though the DBs broke the Marlins' mark for fastest from inception to champions. The saving grace was that they did it beating the Yankees.

I am going to once the ALCS ends. The Red Sox are absolutely destroying the Indians right now! Not much to see. I am mostly on my computer rather than watching the game. Can't wait to watch Game Two of the NLCS. It should be a good game unlike yesterdays game which did not go all to well. I hope the Rockies win. They deserve to be in the World Series.
Ha! Inspi(red) your right! The D-backs did force the Rockies out of their black lucky unis. That is nice! Too bad the black jerseys did not turn out to be lucky for the D-backs.

Yep. I just wish it was the Cardinals that made it, not the Cubs, and that the Cardinals could have won another World Series but oh well. :) At least the Rockies have gotten this far.

It is actually good that it was not the Cubs and Mets. They would have just embarrassed them selves anyway. If I didn't have to work, I would be watching the games.
