Geeez, sucks to live next to Bill & Hillary for sure.

For real though that is absolutely obsurd. I like the Wise One's idea of the guard dog. There has to be something you can do. He has to be a true moron to pull these stunts.

Is there a shut off valve on the water spigot? Turn the breaker off on the electrical outlet. For the pool, perhaps get one of those child alarms so that if the water splashes or moves a loud alarm goes off. Tell the creep you are going to have arrested if he keeps doing these things. Get a restraining order if you have to. This guy has some nurve.

Time to verify cameras on your resources and get a secure practices gadget. post no trespassing signs and indicators on all 4 corners of your resources and verify that your neighbor sees them. How does he get an extension cord out of your locked storage? it really is breaking and entering. Get a couple of pit bulls, or, if you can find them, preso canarios. These are the dogs of choice for drug dealers because the dogs really take a bite out of any trespassers...and it's legal. Next time you neighbor comes by for a swim uninvited, the dogs will leave an impression on him and he can't do a damn thing since he was trespassing!

Have you spoken with your neighbor and asked him in a nice neighborly manner to please stop using your pool when you are not home?

Have you posted "no trespassing" signs on your property? Be sure to put them where they are very visible. I would put one on all gates of your fence and on all sides. This should make it pretty clear that you don't want uninvited folks on your property. This may help you when you call the police.

If you have the money - how about a 6 foot privacy fence? Again put pad locks on the gates and post the no trespassing signs on all gates and all sides of the fence.
