No. No one is going to give you the $30 access key they spent out of their own money to you.
Ask your parents for $30 dollars you you can buy your own copy. If you buy it from a store instead of online you might get it even cheaper than that!

Theres no such thing as a free Guild Wars account. Even if there was they would all be taken cos you can only use an account once.
