My question is with all above as well as electrical and plumbing needing to be replaced entirely, is there any way that it would be possible to not spend $30,000 on it. We have some rooms with no studs in the walls, all ceiling are puckered from waterdamage, as well as most walls, termites, and the lack of slab,(unsafe and not structurally sound is what the last builder called our quaint river bed rock? foundation)We also desperately need windows, and siding is a biohazard(a.).I would be willing to do whatever we could do on our own if these things I mentioned, or any advice would be appreciated, we are in southern

Your not going to like what have to say: I've been at this longer then most people have been alive.
Take your thirty thousand and invest it in a nice double wide on the property. You'll get a very Nice deal for about 80 to 120 thousand, the thirty would be the down.
With what you said it would take more then what you have to replace everything, that's basically what you'd have to do. The county would come in and, force you to tear everything down.
The well and septic could cost as much as thirty grand, that isn't much now days when it comes to building. The basement or, just a foundation, your talking about 18 thousand dollars, the wiring, another 10 thousand and the plumbing, for a general home, about five thousand.
These are all general figures. It would eat that thirty thousand dollars up in no time and, you still wouldn't have anything.
That's what I suggested a nice double wide on the lot. Go from there.

NO. Tear down completely & rebuild. You will be MUCH happier & will cost you less than repair, repair & repair.
Our foundation bad & had house lifted to replace foundation with basement added. Then the basement people twisted house so had to replace inner walls, insulation, buckled floors. While at it, electrical & plumbing. Then the roof. Roofers torched back of house & firemen had to gut one room in house. Then windows & new siding. Took down tree too close to house; carpenter ants lived in tree now moved into house walls. The list goes on. Many new problems arose after everything completed. We spent MORE than $30,000 & still have problems.

with what you say it needs it might actually be cheaper in the long run to tear it down and put something else in its place. the builder who said your foundation was not structurally sound missed the fact that the whole house is not structurally sound

you can ,install some concreate, to hold it up.
build a new frame all the wall around, and pump in concreate
you need a pro to spray the place for ants mites whats ever first, this aint the end of the world.
windows are not a big problem, but you need to install a good frame . to start with .
i would say $12,000 would take care of this project
please email if you need details thanks

Do you need to be on steroids to build a house, or do you make a habit of answering other folk questions with stupidity?
Maybe you should juice before trying to build?

look up jim walters homes.. if you own the land you can buy a very nice jim walters home and they will put it up for you.. each home is pre cut and pre manufactured to the correct specifications.. probably it is best to tear it down and have a home such as the one I mentioned built in its place.. Jim Walter homes are very very nice and extremely affordable.. they do the financing.. good luck

Hypothetically speaking, of course, you hypothetically would have used the very same hypothetical response I would have.
