The music for "Elizabeth" was scored by Craig Armstrong and A.R. Rahman. The music for "The Island" was by Steve Jablonsky. Having listened to both, I didn't really find them too similar. I preferred the "Elizabeth" music -- somewhat in the spirit of the times
