Lucille Ball, my husband hates it, even made me turn blonde so I wouldn't be so like her with red hair. But I get into jams just like her.

I haven't been that fortunate. But my hubby has. There was a
period during the 60's when he looked so much like Robert
Wagner, when he was young. When he was in highschool
he was told he looked alot like Skippy Homeier, a good
supporting actor. And when we were down in the Palm
Springs area of California in the mid 70's he was a dead
ringer for George Peppard, the older actor on the A Team.
But not as old as George was then. But when he was a
younger actor. In fact, we met a cousin of his at a Camp
Fire Girl Dad/Daughter dinner and he said my hubby looked
more like George, than George did. And they were so
amazed. They even commented several times during the
evening about how amazing the likeness was. Only my hubby
didn't have the grey hair, that George had then as an older
man. So that was quite a compliment, coming from a relative
of his.

I've been compared to a dark-haired girl in some movie, I think it was "The Haunting" or something like that. It was a weird movie where the sister and brother had some "chemistry," apparently. I took it as a compliment as she was hot. I've also been compared to some actress in "Tank Girl," I believe. I still don't know whether to be complimented or insulted, as the character transformed from a "plain jane" to a "beauty queen" during the movie. Who knows which version I was being compared to?

For some reason, I'm thinking the dark-haired actress was "Kate Beckensail" or however you spell it.

Once in the 80's a girl said I look like Debra Winger, it was a compliment. I think it's more something about her that's the same than the actual look, she's much prettier.

The person I really look like (esp before my haircut) is the 'Ugly Betty' character. In high school I had the same dark, flip hairdo and wore glasses, we could have been sisters. The funny thing was when I got my new glasses now. I didn't realize until I saw the show again they were the same color and almost the same style as the ones she wears. lol

Since my wife and I celebrate Mass each Sunday in a shrine just off the famous Las Vegas Strip, a visitor on occasion will ask if I'm Karl Malden. I guess it's because of my nose.

Yes, I worked with the public for many years, and was told by many I looked like Harrison Ford.

In my teen years people compared me to Ricky Nelson.

Those, my friend are definitely compliments!

Several people have told me that I bear a striking resemblance to Liza Minelli. I can see some similarity, but I don't have the same nose. My large eyes and short dark hair probably remind people of her. People who have told me that I look like her say it is a compliment.

I've been told I look like; Sophia Loren, Susan Lucci, & Lorraine Bracco. (and a few other various Italian movie stars.) Since I am Italian American I always figure "all us Italians look the same" LOL!

Oh yeah, it's always meant to be a compliment.
