It wouldn't bother me...
I actually prefer that my good deeds go unrecognized...
And I often deny credit for things I have done...

I get simple satisfaction for doing good in general.

So when people do start to acknowledge and appreciate it...
I feel it becomes expected of me...

More likely than not if someone complained, it would upset me then.

I don't mind being overlooked , but; I do mind being told I am not holding up my end of things.
