Dry Cleaners/liquor store owners-Korean
Landscapers-Mexican, Japanese
Pizza shop owners-Italian
Pretty much any ethnicity is associated with restaurants serving that food. Can't really think of to many others though, guess those stereotypes are going away.

Germans -soldiers; irish - laborers like ditch diggers, etc.; armenian-?; Chinese - launderers; Japanese -- gardeners; Korean -- Nail girls; Russian -- gymnasts; Italians - grocers, mafia; French - artists, fashion industry; British - nannies; Australian - movie stars; Spanish - dancers; Mexican -- yard boys; Iranians - 7-11 owners. the others nothing really comes to mind. maybe jewish as shop owners. That was a fun question.

American caucasian: Used car/insurance/door-to-door salesman.

American black: Janitor

Asian: Restaurant owner/ Dry cleaner

East Indian/ Arabic: Convenience store owner

Italian: Dock worker, butcher or bread maker

French: Maitre De (sp?)

British: Butler

Australian: not sure. Something rugged I would guess.

Some of the stereotypes are changing though. Asians and East Indians are also stereotyped in white collar jobs now. Computer programmers, doctors etc...

Irish- brick layers
Armenian- dentists
Chinese- computer engineers, QA, restaurant, dollar stores
Japanese- hi-tech product managers
Korean- clothing stores, liquor stores
Russian- laborers, pawn shops
Italian- mechanics, meat cutters,
French- artists, fashion designers
British- retail sales
Australian- ranchers
Spanish-
Mexican- gardeners, construction helpers, concrete
Austrian-
Iranian-
Greek- restaurants
India(n) - 7-11 clerks and owners, telemarketing
Muslim - religious advocates
Jewish - bankers, loan officers, jewelers
Buddhist - monks
Amish - homemade jams, wines, cloths, farmers
