Republicans have a long history of corruption and immorality. Did you ever read about the story of the Franklin Cover-up that involved young male prostitutes and the Reagan/Bush White House? If you're interested, I'm sure you can find that story with a little Google search.

As much as Britney is the antithesis of a model parent, her moral fiber, believe it or not, is still of such superior substance, that she should not stoop to the level of supporting scum like Giuliani. Why do I make this statement?
Well, though Britney might be a lewd girl, with very little sense of responsibility, at least she doesn’t pretend to be morally perfect, judge others for their moral shortcomings, and act plainly holier than thou.
Giuliani and other Republicans speak nonstop about Christian values, family values, and the American way, and they have no problem being judgmental of so called “liberal” values, and yet each of them, in their business dealings and personal life, live a life just as depraved if not more depraved then the most salacious of Britney Spears music videos or tabloid stories. Furthermore, their machinations, being that they have public consequences, hurt people more than anything Britney does.
Its sad that so many people, in their religious credulity, still see the Republican party as the party of “morality”. The truth is that an over glorified, untalented vocalist, whose claim to fame is that she performs the same moves that you see in any strip club, comes out looking like a saint in comparison to the Republican party.

I agree that Rudy is no role model, but Brittany could not possibly help his campaign, she can barely help herself. Rudy has enough bad publicity as it is already, why would he align himself with the queen of contraversy?

But see you're missing the point. They STAND for family values. That's what matters. Who cares if their actual families are in shambles? That's judging a man by his actions rather than his words. I like to be told what you think rather than inferring it from what you do. It's easier and it makes for a great opportunity to wave a campaign sign.

Classic....use only two examples to make a blanket statement about a group that is somewhere close to 50% of the population. I am a Democrat and ashamed of this question.
