Well, I don't have a significant other in my life right now, but I have NO problems with holding hands, kissing, holding each other. I once had a boyfriend who would pinch my booty, and I loved it! I would draw the line at: feeling me up, or grabbing my man's crotch (although, I have done that while driving :o) Life is too short not to show your love to the world. You're in your own private universe anyway. Who cares what people think?

I think it would depend on what was involved in the display. Holding hands is generally found quite acceptable, even a quick kiss doesn't bother anyone, but making out standing in line at the grocery is a bit annoying and people will start saying "get a room".

I enjoy kissing and touching my husband in public. I also like it when he does the same to me. We keep everything clean since there are always children around where ever we go but I think it is wonderful that kids see affection in a "normal" light. They see so much "negative" affection between people in the movies, tv commercials, tv (period) and radio, that some "good" affection can go along way in showing them REAL love. I think of it as healthy.

I like to keep things modest in public, there are children everywhere you go , so hand holding, hugging a quick kiss here and there, but the other stuff save it for a private moment, besides the tension can really build that way for a much more passionate time later....

And if by relationship you mean courtship or romance, I think there has to be some communications like this before hand but if both sides are willing then public showing of affection is adorable.
After all, why should you pretend you are not in a romance if you are?

When it comes to my relationship I am very open to touching, hand holding and kissing. I am not shy about showing affection in public. Not too far though as long as the kids are around. After ten and in secluded areas......anything goes.

As of right now I dont like the making out thing holding hands and a peck on the lips or cheek is ok but when someone is sucking the others face off its nasty. I really dont know what its like to do that but hopefully I will soon cause I just asked a guy out on myspace!!! Yay me!!!!

I consider and respect those around us although it wouldn't stop me from giving my significant other a hug, some cuddling or a not-too-long and not-too-sensuous kiss.
I do what I appreciate being done by others.
I don't feel the best stuff needs to be on display for others

The level and intensity come into play quick 'little' displays are fine but long drawn out or 'deeply involved' ones are not cool with me, I'm a pretty private person.

I love to display affection for my honey no matter where we are at!!! P.S. I haven't always been this way but my honey really likes public affection and I really don't care what any one else thinks as long as my honey is happy. She shows her appreciation behind closed doors!!!!
