Ya, I do. It's part of aboriginal tradition.

The lucky rabits foot came from a time that is gone now. Today, people believe in science for answers.

In my Tribe, Ojibway, it has the ability to heal, teach, and encourage Nanabush spirit to be with someone.
The Shamans & Medicine Clan people usually have them.
Sometimes they're used in Sweat Lodge and healing ceremonies.

Nanabush is in our pictographs & petroglyphs. He is the picture that looks half-rabbit & half man. He's a shapeshifter and a teacher.

Wasn't too lucky for the rabbit was it? Besides, the last time I bought a lucky rabbits foot, it turned out to be a cats paw, pads and all. And that was the LAST time I bought one.
