As in all walks of life there are good and bad in each. Generally speaking though I think those who have had to earn their money don't change that much and do remember their roots - they are generally kinder, nicer people. For eg. Richard Branson springs to mind. Those born with money tend to look down their noses at the likes of you and me but that is a generalisation and I know not everyone is the same.

It depends on how the child is brought up. If the parents are greedy assholes, then the kid will grow up to be the same way. If the parents were nice people who cared about everyone and had an good understanding of the world around them, then the kid might grow up to be a good person.
For the most part, rich people are more likely to steal, cheat, committ fraud, and do other illegal things, mostly relating to money. Since they never had to work for their luxuaries, they tend to assume that they shouldn't have to work and instead try to find an easier, usually illegal way to gain wealth.
Poor people are less likely to do those things because they know how hard it is to make money, and how hard it is for people to feed their families, and so think they about what the affect would be on themselves or other people if they stole or did something else.

It all depends on how you are raised, who you grew up with, who your friends were, and what philopshy you chose. Did you parents teach you to respect, handle, and share money well, even if you had wealth? If so, then you probably ended up well, as long as you kept your parents' values in mind and chose good, non-worldy friends and keep a down-to-earth philosphy. If it was the opposite and your parents drove home the fact that money could buy good food, favors, fast times and hot cars...then no.

either way people become corrupt, but if ur born with money u dont change, while if u get alot fast u may change or stay the same
