it would depend on the gravity of what he did.
it would also depend on whether the person has grown up (and i don't mean physically) and learned from his foolishness. if he did, then in his adult life, he will know better.
we are all entitled to stumbling and falling. when we are young, we are more vulnerable thus we make mistakes that will seem "crazy" and "stupid" in our adult life.
no matter what mistakes we did in the past, what matters most is that we learned from them.

For sure!..i am 31 and still having problems in life because of studip stuff i did when i was young. (I never headed the warnings from others...that was my first stupid mistake)

yes it does. I knew a person who can't get rid of something he had done in the past. It will keep on haunting him until the last days of his lfe.
