The Rockies have a very good chance against the Red Sox. They are on an unbelievable streak right now and are finding every possible way to win games. The Rockies did take two of three in a series earlier this year in Boston. Outscoring them 20-5 and beating Schilling and Beckett. It would be a great series and is the match up I'm hoping to see.

Yes and heres why
The Boston Red Sox have extremely good hitting so what the NL will really need is good pitching so the best team against the Red Sox would be the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Brandon Webb, cyyoung winner and stud for the D-Backs threw three consecutive shutouts this year and got 19 wins. Livan Hernandez is really good and Doug Davis and Micah Owings are pretty sweet too.
The Rockies have less a shot because when pushcomestoshove, they aren't the best at pitching. Jeff Francis is pretty good...but the rest aren't great. However, if the Rockies continue to have their timely hitting from Matt Holliday and Jamey Carroll, they'll have a shot.

Sox and Rocks world series would be very nice! Whoever has the most momentum, discipline, skill, and luck will win. Neither NL team has a better record than Cleveland or Boston, but the Rockies are hot right now.

Absolutely, anything can happen in a 7 game series. Most people didn't give the Cardinals a chance last year, and they won relatively easily. It all comes down to who is hotter for those few games. If the Rockies keep playing like they have been the last 3 weeks, I think a better question would be: Would the Red Sox stand a chance against them?

Go, Red Sox, Go.
I think it will be the Diamondbacks against the Red Sox and the Red Sox will win.

No. The Rockies will push the series to 6 or 7 but the Red Sox have something the Rockies hardly have : Pitching.

No.
Sox have home field advantage and will beat the Rockies back to the place where no one cares about them anyways.

Boston is going to win it all, though Cleveland and the NL champ may each extend it to six games.

I really don't think so but, then again, I didn't think Cleveland had a chance against the Yankees.
