I don't have one and will never have one. God, having someone's name as a tatoo is so LAME.

Definately absolutely NEVER!!!
And then break up a few months or weeks later,why!!
If I loved a guy that much I wouldn't need a tattoo to prove it. He would know it and so would I !!
If he turned out to be a real creep,then I would have to get more words tattooed to make it up to date. Like "so and so" is a creep!!
Never, I just never would. But I am not young and naive anymore either!!

I have a name tattooed across my lower back, it is in beautiful calligraphy.

Although Anthony is the name of the man I was engaged to (we broke up some time later) but about three years ago one of my grandsons was born and his parents named him Anthony, so I like to say that this tat is for him.
I wouldn't recommend tattooing names of lovers. Kids, sure. Grandkids, okay.

truly, i could get a relatives call Or someone in my relatives who's truly close. reason you oftentimes Love relatives. yet, in case you get someone Elses call & lets say You adult adult males split or hate one yet another Later, Then What Are you gunna Do?

I have my guy's name on me and he has mine on him. If we ever brake up I can easily change it to my son's name. ; )
but I know we will be together until one of us dies. He is my everything and we are best friends so I'm not worried about breaking up.

No. Especially if you get one when you are in a relationship. Some don't last forever and then you will regret getting it on your body.
