they must be some size of wings if theyre off a buffalo! We dont have them here in Scotland,we have Haggis wings.yummy!

depends on the sauce. I can handle just about any heat, but it has to have flavor as well, food that is extremely hot just to be hot rarely tastes good.

Not hot at all. I don't care for anything that burns my mouth--then I can't enjoy the good taste.

Hot enough that I noticed, but not so hot that a shot of Bleu Cheese can't put out the fire.
