help! everytime we turn on our computer, our printer (hp psc 1315 all in one_ automATICALLY prints those papers saying "to get the best quality, follw the steps above" it has the black and yellow color.. we're runnig out of paper and ink.. help!!!

Have you followed the process it suggests ? If so, then contact HP support by phone or by their website www.hp.com
If not, then FOLLOW the procerdure, it's probably a 1 time excercise to get the machine properly configured.

Most of the time people think things happen in the tec world like magic. Your problem was caused by someone of your family. They must have issued some commands to the printer and without waiting for the commands to be executed shut the system down. Whenever you do this remember that the printer will save your last command in memory. The moment your system is back on, the printer will start to execute the command. Next time make sure the printer execute your command or cancel it before turning your system off.

1. try to follow the instructions by putting the paper back into the scanner like it says.
2. If this does not work get Windows off your PC by installing PCLinuxOS. PCLinuxOS never makes your printer do funny things like this.

first unplug the printer, then on the right bottom of the screen double click on the printer next to the clock if there is not one click on the arrow if then found double click a box will come up inside the box click on the prosses it will say somethin like whats printing and click it then press the delete button on the keyboard
