Say "Do it", block the punch, and hit them back.
Of course, you may not have two black belts :) If you can't do that, just run away, or try to talk them out of it. Or hit them first, as a pre-emptive strike.
My God. The best punch is a sucker punch. If anyone announces it first, they deserve to get the crap beat out of them for being stupid. Then call the cops, and say it was self-defense. Try to get the first hit either way.

Actually, in real life, I would just say, "Ok then" and walk away. If they really did punch me, I would call the police or tell my mommy or daddy or great uncle or someone, so they could call the police and have them dragged away to jail. ha.

i would react and knock them out really quick, thats my instincts that has happened before many times and that has been my reaction. talk is cheap actions speak louder and im not gonna let someone get the first punch thats for sure.
