Yes, you technically are considered a virgin until you both officially have sex. If your still not sure, then don't risk it if you want to be a virgin.

Depends upon who you ask and what your definition of a "virgin" is. If your definition of a virgin is a person that has never engaged in any sexual activity then no, you are not a virgin. However, if your definition of virgin is a person that has never engaged in vaginal or anal intercourse, then yes, you would still be a virgin.
For what it matters, my vote is yes, you are still a virgin.
