Our emotions tend to follow Newton's law of inertia.

If we are happy, we expect that happiness to continue, forgetting that into every life some rain must fall. So, when the downpour comes, as it always will, we think it must be raining just on us, and leaving everyone else dry.

By the same token, when we are down, it is hard to see any upward slope.

because life is a vicious cycle.good things happen and bad things happen.after something good happens, sooner or later, something bad is bound to happen & vice versa.it's inevitable and keeps the balance of life.sometimes it might feel like bad things happen more than good things but it's all about attitude and a positive attitude will put things into perspective and make light of some situations:) when you think you've got it bad, some people might have it worse.

You need good and bad to balance out life. Think of it this way. Think of Sun being good, and rain being bad. Do you think a rose in the wild could grow on just the sun. No, it needs the rain also to bloom.

That happens to me a lot. When things start to go good, about a few weeks later, something always start to go bad. I think God is testing us in someways and wants to see how we handle our situations.

Life is fickle. The upshot is that trouble can't last too long, either. My advice: learn to enjoy losing and you'll be set.

Balance! If its good for you that means someone else is really not doing so well. When I'm happy my enemies are sad. When I'm just ok so are they. Balance!
