it's buy not bye, bye means farewell, adios goodbye, buy means purchase, she would probably be thrilled if you just improved your spelling.
mothers love things their kids get them when they show some thought behind them. You would know the things your mom is interested in....get her something that is associated with her interests, like if she likes to garden get her something like a basket of gardening stuff. In other words use your brain kiddo and think about what she likes.

My sister and I took our mom out to a restaurant and she loved it. You don't need to actually buy her an object for her birthday.
