We've gone out on Halloween when it's rained. I live in Los Angeles, so snow is not a problem. If it was too bad outside,we'd just have a party inside and invite everyone. Halloween rules.

We had lots of snow on Halloween a few years ago- and it rains almost every year on Halloween in Michigan.

When I was in kindergarten we had a big snowstorm and actually had to postpone (or cancel, I can't remember for sure) Halloween on the mayor's orders.

No, I'm sure people have horror stories of broken candy bags and costumes ripping.
For me personally, I hope we don't get rain or snow...that really would put a damper on it. Ha ha--get it?! LOL
(That was really corny)
