MY MOM IS SOO ANNOYING! she always is like "get good grades, stay away the boys, dont wwear make up, "that shirt is to low cut", LOCK THE DOOR WHEN I LEEAVE DONT ANSWER THE DOOR TO STRANGER (shes told me 438567438965 times) and the stupid thing is that ITS ALREADY LOCKED! , and shes soooo annyooing!

oh tell me about it. my mom never listens to a thing I say. and usually bad things happen because of it. she is just and idiot.

Yes...you know how moms are.
Don't think of her as some kind of cruel governess like the old days even if she seems that way, she only wants what's best for you. Although, repeating herself over and over, lecturing, and nagging does have its downsides and gets plain annoying fast. But I do agree, sometimes it's more of a nuisance and a source of unnecessary stress. You're not 5, so she shouldn't treat you like one. If she gets on your nerves, just tell her she's already reminded you and you remember.
Every parent wants their kid to get good grades and to be successful in life. But as long as you're trying your hardest, they shouldn't hold anything against you or see you any less. The parent should be proud of the child for who she is at heart, not the grades she brings home on a piece of paper. I get it, if they keep going on about it, it gets annoying and pressuring. If you're trying your hardest and they don't see it that way, then you should deserve more praise and appreciation.
Stay away from the boys. That's too narrow and bigoted of a judgement. Not all guys are like what she's thinking of just wanting to use you, hurt you, distract you, whatever it may be. And you're going to have interaction with guys no matter what now and then. It's not like guys live on another planet. At the most she should do all she can to caution you and for you to learn to be more aware. She shouldn't deprive you of that interaction or it may hinder your relationship skills with the opposite sex in the future socially and in the workplace.
Don't wear make-up. True, you don't need heavy make-up, she sees you as beautiful the way you are and hopes others will too. That's a good quality. But she should make some exceptions for at least light make-up and accessories. Maybe the mascara, lip gloss, and blush every now and then and to allow full make up for special occasions.
Shirt is too low-cut. She only wants to protect you from inappropriate attention and stares. As long as it's not trashy to the max that you do look like a mini-prostitute, what's wrong with being able to express yourself reasonably? You're not purposely flashing the whole world.
Don't answer door to stranger. There have been instances of strangers forcing their way in to rob, rape, rape and kill. She has a point. Remind her that you remember and she can have the comfort of knowing that you already know, there's no need to repeat. But you shouldn't grow up to be a recluse all your life living in fear whenever the doorbell rings. There are many ways of answering the door and keeping safe at the same time. Not allowing anyone to know you're home alone, get a dog, those video doorbells, chain latches, exterior metal door or gate, don't open for suspicious people, tell them to leave what they have, ask for IDs, etc. You shouldn't open doors to strangers, but you should greet expected guests and arrivals.
She wants what's in your best interest. But there should be no excessively annoying naggings and keeping you to live in fear and paranoia but instead advise you on how to be safe.

Ok since you are writing this shows home immature you are, and it is a good thing that your Mom is protective, if it wasn't for her you may be in trouble with that attitude.
She acts this way, cause she loves you & knows you better than anyone else!
Don't complain about it, do you know how many kids would love to have a parent care and try to protect them as she does for you? Stop whining, so she wants you to do well in school, and for no one to hurt you....think about it, is that soo bad?

she does these thing because she cares about you ,take a look at how many teenage girls are raped, kidnapped, or even killed because of their actions or the people they dont know well and trust.teenagers are going to make mistakes a miss judge people but that is how you learn about life your mom should understand that. i am a mom with three girls and one boy ages 16,15,11,and8 and I am a protective mother also but i had to learn that my oldest has to make some decisions on her own to learn from them because if not how will she make it in the real world when she moves out and goes to college.so yes it probably does get annoying, just remember she loves you and want to protect you but she cant protect you for the rest of your life ,but she can be there for you to lean on when you do make mistakes.be careful a safe god bless

She loves you, that's all. I'm a mom, my oldest is 17 and I know that I sometimes annoy him, but it's only because I love him and I want whats best for him. Moms see things alot differently than teenagers do. Someday when you're a mom, you'll understand where she's coming from. Be glad you have a mom that cares enough to make you crazy. Good luck.

Dude, your mother is trying to look out for you. It's in your best interests and all i can say is get over it and get use to it.
She is doing these things because she LOVES you, don't you get that? Yes, she may be annoying but again she loves you and wants to look out for you the best she can.
1. Get good grades; she tells you this because she does not want to see you fail, she wants you to be sucessful doing what you have always wanted to do so you will have a good and happy life.
2. stay away from the boys; Boys these days want nothing but SEX, they care about nothing but themselves, they are jerks( of course not all boys are but most are) and your mom does not want to see you end up getting hurt or throwing your life away over something that's so stupid and trust me alot of girls do.
3. Don't wear make-up; i see your point on this one ok but why not be yourself? Why do you have to go out caking your face with make-up? do you feel it makes you look older? more pretty? IF so that is not even the case, alot of girls who wear all kinds of make-up look tacky.
4,. that shirt is to low cut; she tells you this because she doesn not want you to go out of the house looking like a s!ut once again, that is how alot of girls get in trouble ie getting raped and such. your mother would rather see you go out of the house looking like a nice respectable girl.
I'm telling you now when woman go out of the house wearing all kinds of make-up, low shirts and stuff, men and other people see them as "easy". If you were to go out of the house with minimal make-up, fully clothed people won't look at you like your a hoe and they most definately won't treat you like one and i'm certain the boys your age wouldn't look at you and want one thing and one thing only they would see that you have respect for yourself.
So befor you go and talk trash about your mom keep in mind that she loves you VERY much and she wants you safe and happy. So just listen to her honey because in the end you will be glad she did this and LOCK THE DOOR. There have been thousands and thousands of times wear people break in to a house, get robbed, get raped, get mudered and so on. Life is dangerous these days.
My mom did the same thing and i felt the same way you did but when i ended up getting RAPED when i was 14 years old, my world changed after that and i WISHED i would have listened to my mother, she just wanted the best for me she didn't want to see me hurt and because i didn't listen to her, something bad happened to me. I still think about that night all the time, it has been 7 years since it happened and i still cannot get over it.

Get a grip! I believe she like Loves You, and is like trying to keep you safe and UNPREGNANT! Deal with it, she's your mother and she loves you. Youknow she could be a mom that doesn't give a sh i t. And believe you would complain about that too, except you would also be doing drugs and getting drunk to kill the emotional pain she put upon you for not caring. You should be happy she cares.

I think she cares. I've been watching Court Tv particularly forensic files, and people are crazy and will kill you. So, try to be safe and listen to her even though she may be annoying, because you would rather be listening to her annoyance than being 6 feet under.

it's because she loves you and cares about you! someday you will understand. when i was your age, i thought the same thing about my mother but now that i have my own kids i understand.
