It works for me. I have a deviated septum and if I'm ever going to get that fixed, I would probably have a little sculpting done. Just a little tho. Not an entire new nose.

NO! Everyone asks why I don't have a nose piercing and my answer always is... I don't need more attention directed to my humungous, ill-shaped, nose, lol.
At least it works I guess.
