My Biceps are starting to twitch randomly during the day, It doesn't hurt at all. I was just wondering why? Am i over excersing?

no, mine do that when i'm tired.....just like your eyes might do if you are tired, but i really do think there is only one thing for it...your just going to have to let me take a look at those hunking biceps of yours...... ;)

WW Simon. You are overworking Ur muscles :D Am I gonna see u on the cover of a sports magazine flexing Ur muscular body?? LOL Sorry, I am used to P&S and being serious is kinda hard. Now seriously, I have no idea what to tell u :( Maybe you are over excersing.

causes are :
Benign twitches (not caused by disease or disorders) =Often affecting the eyelids, calf, or thumb / Normal and quite common, often triggered by stress or anxiety
A diet deficiency
Drug overdose (caffeine)
Drug side effect (such as diuretics, corticosteroids and estrogens)

somewhere i heard that it may mean to much caffeine! It also may be a lack of vitamins in your diet. Potassium!
