lets see. either or. Someone was talking about the strong Clinton economy with the surplus. The surplus was nonexistent. It was a projected amount of money over budget. Meaning they were taking to much of our money, or they were projecting that. The economy under Clinton was a sham. Where are all those dot com jobs? Any good that Carter had done as President, which I haven't found is brought down by his treasonous speech against our great nation. Take either of the two and they are close. Hopefully we will not be able to add Barrack Huissen Obama or Hitlery Clinton.

The stock market went up over 6,000 points under Clinton and the government ran budget surpluses his last 3 years as president. Compare that to the brain dead republicans that have been president in the last 30 years.

Carter was well on the way to making the US energy self sufficient when he left office. Reagan who followed him said no way! I'm putting the oil companies back in charge!

Reagan and the 2 Bushies were all disasters for the United States. Get the facts before you go off half ****** and make a fool of yourself.

Back in 1977 a bunch of Elementary school kids sang these lyrics to the tune of an Oscar Meyer commercial

My peanut has a first name it's Jimmy
My Peanut has a 2nd name it's CARTER
I hate to sing this everyday
and if you ask me why I'll say
Jimmy Carter has a way of messing up the USA

What good did Grover Cleveland accomplish ?

Tough choice, but I'll go with Jimmy Carter, but I don't think we've even fully yet seen the impact of the Clinton years, so ask me again in a few years, and I may say Bill Clinton.
