Summary: More women support it than men

By global warming i assume you mean the theory that the earth is warming due to human factors such as CO2 emissions. There is no question that the climate has experienced a warming in more recent years, but many argue that it is a natural cycle of climate in the earth since the earth is known to go through climate cycles.
Anyway since "global warming" as caused by humans is a liberal concept and since more women tend to be liberal whereas more men tend to be conservative (thats the way they vote in elections and there are polls to verify this) it is reasonable to assume that more women tend to support the global warming theory than men. Of course in the immediate location that you live there could be an anomaly in concentration where there are more liberal men.

I think Global Warming is a fenomenon, where by the temperateure of the globe is increasing and the globe is getting warmed because of anthopogenic climatic change brought forward by the actions of people in general. Since it is a fenomenon and not a remark or an action or eve teasing aimed at and affecting only women, or only men or only any other genders, I dont think Global Warming is sexist. If more men believe than women in global warming, what good does it do un to men or un to women or un to global warming?. The idea that Global Warming is sexist is totally beyond me.

No it's not sexist but like others have said, it's a natural cycle. The idea that it's actually a problem is ridiculous. Just like other things in politics, it is being used to 'scare' people into doing certain things to fit in with somebody's agenda. Some people will believe anything and scramble around without thinking anything through for themselves. Remember, believe only half of what you see, a quarter of what you hear, etc.

It's impossible for a physical phenomenon to be sexist; they don't think, they just are.

Where do you get the idea that more men grasp the fact of climate change than women?

Even if that were the case (for which you've provided no evidence), you haven't made any connection between it, or belief in it, and sexism.

People have beliefs; beliefs don't have people.

Hellz no. It doesnt mean the subject is sexist. You could also say golbal warming is racist if more whites beleived in it then blacks. if global warming was sexist then you could call Maybelleine sexist for appealing to mostly women. XD

If global waming was anything, it would be political crockery.

Well, if you consider that men fart more often and with greater volume than women, and that farting contributes to global warming (or so all those anti cow people keep saying) then it could be considered somewhat sexist in it's origins.

Trying to associate global warming with sexism is probably the biggest stretch of the year.

I've never heard that. I've always heard that it is certain conservative groups, especially those that are affiliated with the Religious Right, that don't believe global warming is true.

I would think that more WOMEN believe that global warming exists. Just my opinion. I know that the earth is warming, but think that it is just a natural cycle.
