So for the 4 past days, my heart or stomach or whatever inside me is pumping kinda hard. Kinda scary.. I don't have much of an appetite sometimes & If I sleep lying down flat it gets kind of uncomfortable. My doctor says I'm dehydrated. Is this really dehydration?? If so, how much longer til it goes away when its treated? =/ & I need some tips on getting better. Besides drinking lots of water cause its what i've been doing for the past 3 days.

The best way to tell if you are dyhydrated is to look at your urine. If it is dark like the color of beer then you are definetkly deydrated. Try drinking a sport drink like Gatroade or such as it will help you stay hydrated and will replace lost electrolites in your body. If you feel like you are not getting the attention you need from your DR. for heavens sake go and get another opinion. Go to the hospital and tell them you think you are having heart problems and have an ekg done. Don't fool around. I did and 14 months later I was in the Hospital with an excellerated heart rate of 195 beets per minute. What the first Dr. chopped up to stress almost my wife and children my life. Remember that with out test to compare they are only making a best assumption on what they feel might be wrong. They are not always right. If they were they would not need malpractice insurance. Force them to due a proper chek up. It is your right.

Maybe you should get a second opinion. Doesn't sound just like dehydration
