Your question makes no sense. The sine of 60 degrees
= .5sqrt(3) approx = .866
The point (21,28) does not lie on the terminal side of a 60 degree angle. The point 21,28 lies on the terminal side of an angle = arctan(4/3) approx = 53.13 degrees.

shall we see if u r surprising. the scale of the terminal area is sqrt (15^2 + 20^2) = 25. so x = 15 , y = 20 , terminal length r = 25 cos theta = 15/25 = 3/5 u r surprising.sturdy job!
