Every month EXCEPT December, January & February. I could include March because the first 21 days technically fall in winter while 21 days of December are in the fall. But, December is dreary while March offers hope of things to come. So, to me December is winter and March is spring.

It depends if you live in the Northern Hemisphere or the Southern Hemisphere.
Northern Hemisphere:
Winter: December 21- March 21
Spring: March 21- June 21
Summer: June 21- September 22
Fall: September 22- December 21.
Southern Hemisphere:
Winter: June 21- September 22
Spring: September 22- December 21
Summer: December 21- March 21
Fall: March 21- June 21

What hemisphere are you in???
In Australia where I live (southern hemisphere) summer is Dec. Jan. and Feb. Autumn is March, April and May. Winter is June, July and August. Spring is September, October and November.
In the Northern hemisphere they are the opposite. Summer - June, July and August, Autumn - September, October and November. Winter - Dec. Jan. and Feb. Spring - March, April and May

spring-march 21st through june 21st [i may be off by a day or 2]
summer-june 21st to september 21st [again, i may be off]
fall (autumn)-september 21st to december 21st [get the pattern?]
so, the only months that are in the winter are part of december, january, feburary, and part of march, although it may not feel like it.
