Hey, how about dressing as the Tin Man, the Lion, and the Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz. Would not be hard to make those outfits. Could also go as witches and carry the caldron of goo to stir. Three Musketeers??? How about Star Wars people??? How about characters from the Harry Potter series?? Hope this gives you some ideas.
Go as ghosts, get an old sheet and cut holes out for eyes and nose and mouth. Have fun.

Maybe you could go as characters from That 70s show, the band Kiss or the cast from a movie (Sin City, Fantastic Four etc, Harry Potter etc.) That would be really cool if you all went as characters from Harry Potter (Harry, Ron, Hagrid, Fred, George, Hermione, Ginny, Luna)?

You could go as Edgar Allen poe the 3ravens mascots or just dress up as 3old English fellows or the three musketeers or a king a queen and a prince

Archie (red wig,geeky clothes), Betty (Blonde wig, cheerleader uniform) and Veronica (black wig,suit dress)from the old comics. Way before your time i'm sure, but Archie was never able to decide between Betty or Veronica, so you and the other girl get to "fight" over the guy.

umm hwo about 3 kids from shreck third. lol you can probably find costumes for that in a costume shop.
